Colmore interview questions

Three stage interview with HR initially followed by interviews from mid and senior management, it took several weeks overall and the interview questions were interesting, some seemed to be irrelevant to my experience, it doesn't seem like they checked my CV in detail beyond soft skills..

I had one video interview and two in-person interviews. Overall the process was not daunting and quite quick. I had informed the recruiting team that I was actively interviewing and I believe that sped up the process.
