Interview
The interview process was really smooth and informational. The interviewer, in my case it was the agency owner, described each position, what the day-to-day looks like, the sales process used, and some of the products they offer. He also took the time to explain the turnover rate, what causes people to leave the sales industry, and certain things to look out for. The whole process was very informational and included the good, the bad, and everything in-between.
