I applied online. I interviewed at Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Co. (Tyson's Corner, Fairfax, VA) in June 2017.

    Interview

Easy going. First there was an orientation then a one on one interview. What they offer seems crazy, but why not try it. There is an initial startup, but I'm not too worried about it.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Co. (Tyler, TX) in May 2017.

    Interview

It was a group meeting first. Just to tell you a little bit about the company. Also try to sell you on the company. It is a commission only job. Meaning you will be a 1099 employee. After the commission disbursement was explained, roughly about 45 minutes. There was a one on one interview of the basic questions; Why do you feel you would be a good fit for the company, tell me one thing you didn't like about your last employment, tell me what you did like about the company, and so on.

The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Co. (Henrico, VA) in May 2017.

    Interview

The first interview is a group interview and is an informational interview. The company does not tell you this until your waiting. The attitude was really uncomfortable. You can not get straightforward answers.
