Columbia Collection Services interview questions

Applied online via Craigslist, was contacted the same day for an interview within the next few days. Had an interview with direct supervisor and general manager. The paperwork seemed overly broad in the permissions required (blood testing, for example). Questions were personal at times, interrogative and somewhat strange. Other questions were interesting and pertinent, to the point where I thought we were having a relevant conversation and I seemed like a good fit for the position. It was confusing. They did not offer me a job and they did not respond to my follow-up emails.
