A short interview processes in which they reach out to you via email and you must talk to the instructor to see if there is compatibility with them. After which there might be a technical test or question if your course requires that

Have you had experience in a teaching position before? What is your teaching style.
The interviewers gave a brief introduction about themselves and the team. They will ask tailored questions about your experiences that are related to the job responsibilities. The interviewers were nice and friendly.

Interview
The interview process is pretty easy especially if you're close with the program coordinator of the school or the professor who is teaching the course. It's a pretty informal interview overall.
