I was emailed for an interview and asked to pick a day and time for the interview. The interview was fairly casual yet professional. I didn't feel too much pressure. The woman interviewing me was very friendly and personable. It was quick and she pretty much offered me the job on the spot so I wasn't anxiously awaiting a phone call
