Community Associations Institute interview questions

There were a total of two interviews (one with hiring manager and one with team) and two assessments for this role. Communication with the hiring manager was transparent, informative and thorough. They chose a candidate with more experience, but overall a pleasant process.

I did a phone interview and an in-person interview that took about 2 hours. After the in-person interview, they completely ghosted me and I never heard from them again. I don't think it's too difficult to tell someone that they didn't get the job.
