Community Organizing & Family Issues interview questions

-Applied via email -Received phone call to set up initial interview about a month after applying -First interview was with Executive Director- questions were mostly about background and previous experience; was invited to attend 4-day training prior to job offer; training was about 2 weeks after first interview -Received invitation for second interview about 2 weeks after training (not always the case) -Second interview was a panel interview with Executive Director, 2 other staff members, and 2 community members- included behavioral interview questions and role play exercise -Received job offer approximately 2 weeks after second interview *Altogether from application to start date was approximately 2 months
