Community Rehab interview questions

I was contacted for an interview after I submitted a resume online. I went in person for the interview and most of the time was spent with them telling me how difficult the job was and not actually asking about me. They told me they would call back and let me know if they did or did not want me and they never called. When I called them I never got an answer even though I left messages.
