Applied by email after seeing a posting on Kijiji. Interview was set up within 48hrs. Interview took about 15-20min and I left having been told that I would be hearing from him after an interview I had for another job. Entire process took about 1.5wks due to my other interview, but was a great interview experience.
Lots of questions about my goals. Long term and short term. Long interview. How well i can manage crowd. What's my attitude with customers. Many competency based questions. HAd to give examples for the situations and how i handled them.

Very smooth and accommodating. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable during the process by keeping me informed and trying to work around my schedule. I felt the interview process was very well organised.
