It was a short interview process, mainly asked about interest in sports and timeliness. The interview was quick and quite informal. Interviewers filtered through the candidates very quickly on the day
It was very easy and laid back. They asked why I wanted to work with Compass Group and also asked about my availability. They also asked if I was willing to relocate.

my interview process was really laid back, staff were really nice basically just explained the job and asked questions about my availability and uniform. it was a really easy process.
I got the call over the phone, which made me realize that I was in for a wild ride. The interview process was a brief run down of what's going on, what to expect, etc.
