1 week after application, there was a phone screening. The phone screening was straight forward, asked about leadership, previous experience related to the job. Then 1 week after, an in person interview was scheduled.

4 - 5 rounds meeting various stakeholders in the organizations it was not too taxing but one group interview with many different people so that was harder to convince. when to the office and it a zoom interview as well
