Competitive Concepts interview questions

They call back everyone, very unorganized and unprofessional. First interview they were running over half an hour late. Second interview is a shadow, you will talk to someone in a management position and see how things are done; they were an hour late for this to begin. From that interview you will receive a recommendation from the manager you shadowed and the head sales manager will decide if they want to hire you. This is a B2B sales job and pyramid scheme, they hire a lot of young people right out of high school. Don't waste your time.
