Got a call after applying online First round with Hiring Manager for 1 Hr Second round is Skype round with technical team I Was Selected for second round but I opt out of interview process due to below reasons 1.Interviewer was Arrogant 2.Company culture is bad since on phone itself who will going to say "You will not going to get Work from home" even though you have not asked any info on it 3. Starting of interview happens with SQL server 2008/Oracle 11g is too old have you use any other things?. question arises why you selected me for first round as well as why you cleared my first round 4.Hiring Manager was asking pretty old asp.net 2.0 stuff questions 5. On papers they want to keep software engineer only even though in my current org I am senior software engineer 5. No Reallocation expenses
