Concord Flooring interview questions

Had a pleasant talk with the owner John and talked about his big map. He verbally said I was lucky to be hired and comment my asking salary is a little high but he could afford it. He promised he will send me the offer in the following week, gave me his business card at the end. Afterwards, he disappeared without answering phones and emails. I just didn't know what was going on with this company.
