At first there was a phone screening which lasted about 30minutes. After that I was contacted shortly after to setup an in person meeting. The manager asked general interview questions, nothing really out of the ordinary

Interview
I applied through the website with a CV and covering letter and was contacted 2 days later by Dan, Talent Lead at Conductor. I then had a phone interview, video interview and a final face to face interview with the larger team at their offices.
Overall the experience was extremely positive and professional with all employees I met taking time to give me a very solid, honest overview of the company and role
