I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Condé Nast (London, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
A group of us (around ten to fifteen girls), were taken into a board room, given a brief presentation and an explanation about the interview process. We were told we had 45 minutes to complete the test, which was a series of questions, word association and then around 6 written questions at the end. They did emphasise that the actual interview was the most important bit.
We were taken off one by one. A girl asked if we would be going in alphabetically, and received what I can only describe as a death stare from the lady in the room with us.
The actual interview was about three minutes long, a series of basic questions.

Firstly was in a room with 6 other candidates for the first round in the Vogue House. Introduction to the job/the process that day. We were given around 45 minutes to complete an aptitude test (questions about yourself and your thoughts). During this time got taken into a private room for a 5 minute interview, more of a chat really. Got invited to the next round which was a zoom call online, asking about my past around education and my hobbies/extracurricular activity's

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Condé Nast (London, England) in Jul 2022
Interview
The interview consisted of a short presentation about the company and job role. We then sat in a group situation to undertake a long but easy personality style test. Whilst we took the test, individuals were pulled aside for very very short interviews. THEY DON'T PAY FOR TRAVEL
I applied online. I interviewed at Condé Nast (London, England) in Sep 2021
Interview
All of the candidates were placed in a room with singular chairs spread out. There was a very brief presentation of the company and what the job involved. We were then told that we would have to do a psychometric paper test whilst waiting for a one-on-one conversation. Due to Covid, we had to stay in our uncomfortable seats, which meant I was given a magazine to lean on to fill in this dense and badly printed document.
Once called in, I was only there for 3 minutes, and was asked questions more about the company rather than a traditional interview, and was very disarmed about how casual it was.
Considering I was given less than two days' notice to get down to London, I had to pay a very expensive train fare. When I asked about expenses later in an email, I was told the company does not pay them.
I felt as if the process was very old fashioned and could have saved so much more time and personal expenses being through an online interview and call.
