It was a campus recruiting. It was smooth and very well conducted and fair screening, the intro and explanation by HR was very good. There was transparency maintained in the screening process and a relaxed attitude was maintained by interviewers

Scheduled a call by a recruiter and had a no show. Was then ghosted despite asking about the status of my application. Confluent is officially on my blacklist. Stupid recruiter
