-Very talkative Director (repeat many times) -Once you sign the Offer Letter, there is NO Turning Back. Withdrawing requires paying a COMPENSATION FEE.  -The most Important Part, the COMPENSATION FEE was NOT HIGHLIGHTED Clearly during the Offer Letter explanation.  -Requires 3–4 ROUNDS of INTERVIEWS, which can feel overwhelming. -Working on SATURDAY(half day) might required, although this was mentioned as “5 working days” during the 1st Interview.  -SATURDAY(half day) Working only appears clearly in the OFFER LETTER, which is presented on the 3rd Interview Round, where they request signing it face-to-face on the spot if you accept.  -NO Laptop/PC Provided, and this was NOT mentioned during the interview. A Small Allowance is included within your Total Salary(NOT an Additional Allowance). -The company environment may not be ideal for long-term Growth or Comfort. The office looks Quite Outdated overall.

They take interviews quite serious, total 3-4 stages (in between there's casual talk), 1 session took around 2-3 hours if you have the eager to learn not just about marketing but also management skill, this is a good place!
