Interview
The interview lasted around 45-50 minutes and there was a task to prepare in advance, and then in the interview there was 4 minutes to complete this task. Did not need to prepare any visual aids (e.g. PowerPoint) for this task but could bring notes. There was then standard questions as you would expect, as well as an opportunity to ask any questions I had.

Please explain how you would approach the task given, in particular the attitude you would take, and the skills, knowledge and experience you would use whilst managing the other work detailed in your job description.
It was relatively short and the panelists were incredibly kind and professional. I felt very comfortable and appreciated. I remember there being around 6-7 questions as well as a presentation to be prepared in advance. It took around half an hour.
