Conpute interview questions

Initial technical interview was in the office with the office manager. A little over an hour, and some good technical questions were asked. Second interview was with the owner at a pub to get a feeling of how I would fit with the team, and in the organization. I got a good overview of the company, and the plan for the future. Third interview was with the team. Again more technical questions, my ideas for the team, what my expectations were.
