Standard. Pretty FR-focused. The FP&A portion of the job seems to mainly be variance analysis and less project feasibility/ad-hoc analysis. Starts with a manager, and then the CFO for the finance/FP&A position for most vert groups (interviewed with 3 diff vert groups).

Started with a phone screen - external recruiter. Then invited to meet Hiring Manager. Great interviews - brought in for two rounds of people but did not end up getting the job. Good experience - positive impression of the team/organization.
