Contec interview questions

The interview process was just meeting one of the managers. Getting a tour of the place while she talked about different departments in her broken English and what you will be doing. Everybody helps out every department when needed.

The interview was consisted of meeting with the development team, the project manager, the database administrator and finally with the IT manager. The questions were about my experience with the technology they were using (.NET and MySQL), nothing complex. Some of the non-technical questions were about how I deal with conflict, how I learn new technology, what are my strengths and weaknesses, all standard questions.
