Contemporary Services interview questions

Very quick interview process. They hire you if you seem like you have general sense. They're always hiring for CSW's. They were very quick with it and seem to hire anyone. The interview lasted maybe 10 minutes. Very in and out. They do make you pay for your background check and drug test.. they send you to a location in dc to complete it. They don't reimburse you for it, at least not at the time I did it. The people there are annoying - definitely work politics at play and favorites.

You can tell they just want warm bodies. It seemed like the human resource staff just wanted anyone with a degree and license to practice. The clinical manager only seemed to care about how much training and supervision she would have to provide. The interview seemed like it was jus a formality.
