Interview
The best experience I've ever had applying for tech companies. It was difficult enough to put up a challenge without being overwhelmingly time-consuming. I also felt that all stages made sense as sometimes in the industry you end up doing a lot of unnecessary interviews. All people I've interacted with were well prepared and actually being empathetic and supportive, which made this sometimes daunting process more welcoming. The hiring process was very straightforward and structured. I had a clear view of what was expected in each step of the way and the recruiter was constantly in touch with me, both prepping me for the sessions and sharing information and feedback. I had a screening with the recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager, which led to a role play with 2 leaderships in Customer Success and a final interview with the hiring manager and HR leader for the region.

Everyone were very helpful and understanding with clear instructions about each round.Although the interviews panned out for over a month the team were communicative and were clear about timelines.

The process was well structures, communication was consistent and each stage was designed to show off my relevant skills. The task stage was really beneficial when it came to supporting my application as it enabled me to put a lot of my experience into practice and demonstrate my capabilities .

Interview
It was a 4 step process interviewing with representatives at multiple levels of the Customer Success Organisation both online and in person interviews with a presentation.
They came across very welcoming and the questions and meetings flowed nicely. The internal recruiter kept me up to date throughout the whole process.
