Group Interview style. They have multiple rounds of interviews which include a problem solving/customer service situation with an unhappy customer, a sales presentation to a large account that is considering a cheaper Asian made product, a group interaction project to solve HR type problems, and a critical thinking test.

Why would you be better at this position than the rest of the interviewees
Very thorough interview process called the “Assessment Center”. It is an all day process involving four stages to the interview process. They test presentation, team work, behavioral, and critical thinking skills.

Explain a time when you experienced a challenge. What did you do to overcome it and how long did it take?
Very straight forward. Provides a good insight to the role. 4 total interviews with standard personnel interviewing - HR, Sales managers, and marketing team. Team looks for sales experience (helps a lot).

Interview
First step was a hour conversation with HR. Then a face to face with the position supervisor. Both people I spoke with were very knowledgeable about the company. Both individuals were highly enthusiastic and represented the organization in a very positive fashion.
