Very strict process, long time for selection, background checking without asking my opinion, looking for lower salary expectations,
I have been asked to provide references and proof of my last earning.
I felt that what they are looking for is only a normal candidate not a very good one

***GHOSTED post interview*** Applied online. One-way video which lead to a small panel of 4 people. Usual basic questions, along with a few behavioral questions tossed in. Discussion of remote nature and such.
Several rounds of interviews. A majority of the questions were canned, corporate required questions to make sure you “fit the culture”. Met with several levels of leadership and HR multiple times.

Managers were good and had a good knowledge of work and they expect you to have a good knowledge of the job as well. Very welcoming and was not confrontational at all
