The Continental Online Assessment is a waste of time. Initial feedback from the recruiter is given, but there is subsequent silence in a company that supposedly values transparent hiring processes. Disappointing.

Interview
The whole process is relatively quick. All necessary procedures done within a month.
There are 3 stages of interviews for my role. First interview is with direct supervisor. Second interview is with group director. Third interview is with HR to discuss in the package.
