Continuum Health interview questions

Prior to the interview I was asked to fill out a huge ~15 page paper application despite the fact that I had already submitted an online application which included my resume. This took about 30 minutes as I was given no heads up and the application asked for some information I did not have on hand. I asked to take the application home with me but was told no. The actual interview was quick and interviewer seemed disinterested during the whole process. Did not get an offer and did not want an offer after such a negative experience.

I submitted my application within a week I received a call to see if I was still interested. After that my resume was submitted to the hiring director and I was called in for an interview. It was very casual they just went over the position with me and asked if I had any questions. The interview was today so I don't know if I have an offer yet, but the offices were really nice.
