I applied in May 2017, I took the exam Late June, I turned in the conviction questionnaire July 13th, was placed on eligible list July 18th. First interview was in August.

You have to take a test and once you pass you get an email letting you know of the interview. There are about 5-6 people interviewing you. Which can be intimidating if you're a shy person. Overall the questions were simple.

Interview
Applied online in October, invited to test in December, notified with test score within 10 days. In January I was notified that my application was being forwarded to a certain department and possibly an interview. I was notified by that department within a week or so and set up interview. I was offered the job 2.5 weeks later, started 10 days later.
