Convai interview questions

Completed all 7 rounds. But they didn't respond with a positive or negative feedback even after all that. Founder has mood swings. They started with a pay slab that was high. During the interview they dropped it by 30% and after the interview dropped it overall by 66%. Which is less than half of my current salary. I really liked the company and their sector they're working on. But employees wise, I hope they can take care of them.
