very thorough and detailed process; they definitely want to be sure you fit the culture and get the mission. Phone screen, in person, group interview and some kind of on-line test. Once job offer background check and drug test.

Interview
The first interview was with the dept. manager & second was with the rest of the dept. team. Both interviews were approx. 30 min each and were more like very enjoyable conversations than interviews.

Primary questions were regarding my experience and background. There were no behavioral interview questions.
