easy process, got contacted through linkedin by a recruiter. got an interview a week later and hired two days after. it was an hour long interview. it was very casual in conversation. we went over my resume and they asked a lot of scenario questions. make sure you do research on the company to impress them with your knowledge.

The interview was pleasant and professional. I was asked thorough but standard questions like "describe your best qualities," or "how would you handle this situation...". No crazy questions or anything out of the box.
