Several interviews, several months ago, but not a word since. I don’t appreciate being “ghosted”, and my recruitment consultant cannot extract any feedback from them, despite repeated requests for information. Deeply unprofessional, and it hardly reflects well on the much-vaunted “Cooley culture”.

One online interview, with a panel of 2 from HR. 8 weeks later, I had still heard nothing back, despite asking the recruitment consultant to chase. That Cooley indulges in “ghosting” rather pushes against their claims about the wonderful ‘culture’ in the firm. Deeply unimpressed.
