First interview was a phone screening that lasted about 30 minutes. Once I passed the phone screening my in person interview was scheduled (took 1 week). I met with 4 members of the Customer Success team, was interviewed by each member 1 at a time for approximately 30-40 minutes each. Total of 2.5 hours
