The interview was 1 on 1, very laid back. First round was just a meeting and greet. I am very disappointed from my experience because I applied for a Public Relations position, but when I got to the building, 3 people were ahead of me still yet to be interviewed - my time was 30 minutes later than it was scheduled for so be prepared to wait a while. The interview is also very general - everyone is interviewing for the same position no matter what you applied for, and there are not really "positions". It is almost like a pyramid scheme where everyone starts in the same position and works their way up within a certain amount of time. More of a joke and a waste of time for a college graduate when they tell you "no experience required" in the interview yet the job description said otherwise. I was also told I would be moving on to a second round yet no one called me, reached out to me, or tried to schedule another interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask for references when you arrive, and they asked me "if I were to twist your reference's arm, what is one bad thing he/she would say about you?"

Interview
It was a professional interview process. There was 2 interviews. I got the job but should have applied because this is the worst company to work for. Based on the interview i taught it was a good company and was not.

Interview
I applied to a job posting for a Marketing Communications Coordinator. The job description lists several marketing/communication responsibilities - analyzing marketing trends, communication with customers, and, overall, responsibilities for measurable brand growth of the customers. This sounded interesting. I took a half day from my current position. I prepared by reviewing the job description and researching the company website. This was not a marketing communications position; not even close. The interview lasted 30 minutes. 0% of the advertised job description online was discussed nor part of the position I was interviewing for. This was an interview for a door to door sales job. 100% commission based. Do not waste your time applying or interviewing here unless you want true door to door sales. Ignore everything on the job description. Ignore everything on the website. I am not sure how a company can operate like this and remain in business. I cannot get my time back but I can save someone else's.
