Corewell Health interview questions

I was provided a phone interview. The recruiter never showed up and did not reply to my email regarding the phone interview. I reached out to see if I could reschedule another interview since the recruiter was a no show. I receive an email stating they are going with another candidate. I am told by others this is there routine at Corewell Health. The recruiters have you set up phone interviews and do not show up to do the phone interview. This maybe a sign not to pursue Corewell Health.
