Interview

A very uncomfortable, quite depressing interview for a temporary admin role. The interviewer’s said if the candidate wasn’t willing to work overtime for free then the role wasn’t for them. Didn’t make me feel at ease, sounded quite bored and uninterested. Would never want to work at Corndel based on this interview.

Intense interviews lasting 4 rounds; very cordial team and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Good experience of established practices and communication was prompt. It was high stakes but a learning experience.

Quick process, first stage with talent team which felt a bit robotic and scripted, 2nd stage with marketing director which was a lot more natural. Was unsuccessful and was offered feedback but then ghosted when I requested it. Not a nice way to treat candidates.
