one division I interviewed for i am glad i did not get a job offer.they had normal employees, that were more interested in demonstrating to their management team how omnipotent they were.

depends on who you talk to.
some are as trivial as what do you want to be when you grow up.
others are more mature, and delve into your personality.
some were more of the typical question that can be googled.
there are many divisions and all have their own style.
look at their style, and that will give an indication of the culture at the location.

Interview
Very lengthy process with minimal communication between stages. The interview process spanned approximately three months from application to final decision. I received an automated rejection email about 3 weeks after the in-person interview.
I visited the site, got a tour, met with several managers for Evals, each around 30 mins. Technical interview was pretty easy. The total process took half a day but it was all 1 on 1 interviews with different managers.

HR Phone screening talking about company and benefits. Virtual meeting with manager to talk more specifics about job role and culture. On site interview to meet with team and managers.
