Cornwall Community Hospital interview questions

Interview was laid back. Simple questions. No testing. Don’t tell them you speak French or they will ask you to travel to Ottawa and pay $60 out of pocket to test your level, even if it is not required for the job. English speakers don’t have to get their English level tested. Unfair treatment 2nd person was present in interview and asked a couple of questions. It was pretty laid back. No stress.

Typical senior level interview with a twist. Each of the candidates was asked to address a specific question related to a major focus of the job in the near future; presentation material was encouraged. Interview panelists were respectful and offered both verbal and non-verbal feedback. CEO was one of the few people in all my recent interviews who acknowledged my follow-up thank you email.
