Interview with hiring manager, ask about past experiences and seek to understand more on the whys for each of the past projects discussed.
Discuss trade offs and enhancements and also think about how will you improve things now that you have progressed through your career
We start with a brief phone or video screen. If there’s a mutual fit, you’ll do a practical skills interview or small take-home. Final interviews are with the hiring manager and a couple teammates. We aim to move fast and give feedback quickly. After references, we make a decision and share an offer.

The interview process is a one hour interview that is to talk with the hiring manager, asking background and related knowledge. Share info with the team and the company. Have some late hour meetings.
