Interview
The interview process was smooth and the team is awesome. I has 11 interviews including initial screen. On the last round though, something odd started happening. They did initially express curiosity about my willingness to switch from corporate to startup, which I didn't see as a concern. However, apparently it was at least one of them. So on the last round, it was explicitly delivered to me, that they are not corporate and things are different(Really!?). Also, it appeared that the meeting room for the on-site was occupied and when my interviewer asked to give it back to us, we both got a lot of attitude from her colleagues(which I think the interviewer was surprised herself about). That showed a bit of passive aggressive social dynamics within the company itself, that had me questioning if it's worth proceeding with application. And there was another weird interview part, when one of the interviewers was looking at her mobile phone/watch all the time during the interview and kept saying that she has no time(one of the directors), so I wasn't even sure if she was listening to me. Make sure you ask in-depth specifics about your role and the deliverables they expect.
