Initial phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a video call with hiring manager. After that there would have been a panel interview with additional members of the team and department. It seemed like they were more interested in getting competitor info and not seriously considering me for the role.

Interview
The interview process was smooth and timely, consisting of five rounds, starting with a 30-minute recruiter screening via Zoom. It was great meeting everyone—until the end, when I was ghosted.

Question 1
Standard interview questions, including a mix of functional, behavioral, and critical thinking topics.
Interviewer was really attentive to what I had to say and was encouraging of my ideas. I felt heard.
The first half was about me and then second half was about understanding my approach at the assignments.
Overall a very positive experience and constructive feedback.
