Process was lengthy.....nearly 7 weeks with multiple interviews including 1 person. Interviews with recruiter, Regional VP, HR, VP of Sales. Definitely able to "get to know" executive team. Despite lengthy process, never given feedback or notified if position filled.

Not difficult. Basic Questions. Almost informal. Didn't take long to complete. It was just 2 interviews. One with ops and one with sales. One was on the phone and one was in person.

Interview
Very quick movement from day 1, then a drop off at 3 weeks, I had to call back to speak with the Human Resources Director to continue the process. Then the process continued quickly again after this, resulting in 4 interviews and a job offer.
