Came in and interview with three people, one from HR, one was the process engineer manager and one was the plant manager. Gave a short presentation about why I wanted the job and why I should get the job then basic interview questions.

Interview
First had a short phone screen, then a virtual interview which included a 5 minute presentation. Questions were very straightforward. There were probably 3-4 questions after the interview. Very relaxed process.
It was a technical personal interview. Asked about myself and my working style. Viewed how I might work as a team member and what kind of personality I have. The interview was 45mins long. 30 mins questions to me and 15mins where I could ask them questions.
