Covr Financial Technologies interview questions

There were three rounds of interviews: one with someone who would be your direct supervisor, the second with an HR person, and the third with the CEO. The first and second were more personality based questions than technical skills.

It was pretty laid back, I spoke with the Team Lead for the first round. We talked about my past jobs, then there were culture fit type questions. A couple days later I spoke with the Director of Engineering. He was very laid back and personable.
