CowManager interview questions

2 on site interview, the first one lasted an hour and ask me some question like who I am, how do I work, and some few technical question. So far so good and I was invited for the 2nd interview. 2nd interview is where things went bad, they ask me same question in the first one, I was kinda in shock because this mean that the first interview is for nothing and it wasted an hour of my time + the time to commute to the company. On top of that they ask question that a American company would ask (why should we hire ect...). I have the impression that they have no idea how to interview a candidate. Then they give a technical assessment (which for me is the real for me), they pick a hard leetcode style question from the internet and gives me 30 minutes to solve, on top of that, the interview wouldn't stop give away the answer which break my focus and it gives me an impression that he is a micromanager. I was really disappointed on how they conducted this 2nd interview, and I have the impression they don't respect my time.
