Good experience for a first-time job, getting to understand both the carrier and customer side of their operations. Speak with their people team as well as individuals on the floor from both side of operations.

Interview
One interviewer was rude and checking her phone during the interview. The other was very kind. I didn't get an offer and no explanation on why although i was interested in learning more and felt I was a strong candidate.
The process was quite good, the process was important and thorough but not brief but definitely effectively conducted by the interviewer in a way to ensure it’s effectiveness and quality
