Crawlspace Medic interview questions

Was contacted almost right away after submitting my resume on Indeed and had multiple phone conversations, was asked to come in for a face to face, a ride along and a more formal interview. Was told I was the front runner and then nothing. Almost complete ghosted with no explanation.
