Crazy Fox Creations interview questions

It was engaging and quiet insightful. The interview lasted a few minutes where they asked questions about education and interests. HR INTERVIEW WAS followed by assignments where research on a topic had to be done. Followed by a final assignment. Which followed an interview by the CEO

Their process of selection is not at all right. They conduct two rounds. As per my experience their second round should be the first one to really test a content writer. In the first round some random topic is given to write about and that too on notepad without internet to check the grammar. In the second round they provide you with internet with actual client work. I have worked as a content writer for more than 3 years with real clients and that's why I believe that their second round should be the first to actually test the prospective writer.
